Terms of service

Last updated: 17 September 2026

Agreement to these terms

By accessing this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

Scope and relationship to service agreements

This site is provided for information. Nothing on it is an offer, a warranty of results, or professional advice for your specific situation.

Consulting, engineering, managed services, and product subscriptions are delivered under a separate master services agreement, statement of work, or order form. Where those documents conflict with these terms, the signed document prevails for that engagement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or any related system without our written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, data, or infrastructure.
• Interfere with availability, including through automated load, scraping at volume, or denial of service.
• Copy, republish, or resell site content or demo material as your own.
• Use the site to send unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful content.

Responsible disclosure of a security issue is welcome. Write to [email protected] before publishing anything.

Demonstrations and trials

Where we provide access to a demo or trial environment, it is offered as is, for evaluation only, for the period we state. Demo environments may contain sample data, may be reset without notice, and must not be used for production or for real personal data.

Intellectual property

• The Simplify9 name, logo, wordmark, site design, and written content are owned by Simplify9 and protected by copyright and trade mark law.
• Our open source projects are licensed under the licence published in each repository. That licence, not these terms, governs your use of the code.
• Ownership of deliverables created for a client is set out in the relevant project agreement. Our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how remain ours.

Your submissions and feedback

Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through website forms. If you send us ideas, feedback, or suggestions about our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation or compensation. This does not affect confidentiality obligations under a signed agreement or an NDA.

Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party sites and may embed third-party services such as scheduling or video. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of this site at any time, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability of the website. Service level commitments, where they exist, are defined in the applicable service agreement and apply to that service rather than to this site.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. Statistics, case outcomes, and performance figures describe past work and are not a promise of comparable results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simplify9 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this website. Our total aggregate liability relating to the website is limited to 100 Jordanian dinars. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Simplify9 against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the site.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the competent courts of Amman have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement with us specifies a different governing law or forum for that engagement. We will always try to resolve a dispute informally first, so please contact us before starting proceedings.
