Twelve weeks on a real team.
An internship with a mentor, a team, and a feature of your own in production before you leave.
Four tracks
You join one team for the whole program rather than rotating between them, so you get time to go deep.
Software engineering
Build features in .NET and React on a product team, with code review from senior engineers from week one.
AI and data
Work on model pipelines, evaluation and the data plumbing behind the automation our clients use.
Product design
Research, wireframe and prototype real screens, then see them built and measured.
QA and automation
Write the test suites and automation that gate each release, and learn where software actually breaks.
Your twelve weeks
Structured, but not a classroom. You work on the same board as everyone else on the team.
- Step 01
Onboarding
Weeks 1 to 2. Meet your mentor, get set up, and ship your first small fix.
- Step 02
First feature
Weeks 3 to 6. Own a scoped feature end to end, with review at every step.
- Step 03
Real ownership
Weeks 7 to 10. Take a slice of the roadmap and run it, standups included.
- Step 04
Demo and review
Weeks 11 to 12. Present what you shipped and get an honest view of your next steps.
Who it is for
We care more about what you have made than where you studied.
Interns who do well are considered for a full-time role when the program ends. Building that path is one of the reasons we run it.
- In your final year of study, or a recent graduate
- Comfortable with at least one language or tool used in your track
- Available five days a week, in the office, for the full twelve weeks
What to send
- Your CV. One page is plenty
- A link to something you built: a repository, project or portfolio
- The track you want, and a short paragraph on why
Apply for the internship
Pick your track, attach your CV, and tell us briefly why that track. We reply to every application in writing.
